From 01-Jan-2011, the Estonian Kroon (EEK) will be replaced by the Euro (EUR).

In preparation for this change, Moneybookers will no longer offer ‘Send Money’ transactions in EEK from the 10-Nov-2010.

We will also automatically switch your EEK account to EUR on 03-Jan-2011.

Once your EUR account is activated, all the funds from your old EEK account will be transferred into EUR using the conversion rate: 1 EUR = 15.6466 EEK. All your Moneybookers account details, such as verification levels, will remain unchanged.

When you login to your Moneybookers account, you will see your balance in EUR. The first transaction in your History will be the funds transferred from your EEK account. Your old EEK account Transaction History will also be accessible via your Transaction History page (you choose which account History to view via a drop-down menu). All transactions made after your EUR account is activated will be detailed in your EUR Transaction History.

WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AGAIN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS CHANGE HAS BEEN MADE.

From 1st January 2011, the Estonian Kroon (EEK) will be replaced by the Euro (EUR). To avoid any complications during this transition, we must temporarily suspend the instant bank transfer payment service. This service will not be available from 27th December until 3rd January.
We apologise for this unavoidable suspension of service.

After this date you will be able to use the instant bank transfer payment method again. All other Moneybookers services are unaffected.
