paypali kaardi lisamine

Lisasin siis mõnda aega tagasi paypali oma SEB virtuaalkaardi. Ühel hetkel avastasin siis, et 8.12. olid nad mu kontolt €1 broneerinud.

Mõtlesin, et see on see verifitseerimise teema vmt, aga siis avastasin, et kontol on selline koht nagu confirm your credit card. Tegin täna selle ära ja sealt võeti uus €1,5, mis läks kontole.

Ok, sain PayPali supportilt vastuse:

I understand from your email that you are also contacting us in relation to a $1.00 USD charge that has been made to your card.

I have reviewed your account and can see that this transaction is a temporary authorisation charge. An authorisation is a common method banks use when validating that credit cards are active and available for online payments. Whenever you add or edit a card on your PayPal account, our credit card processor will temporarily place a $1.00 USD charge on your account as part of this authorisation process.

Please note:

The authorisation will remain on your card for a short time and will show a "hold" or "pending" status.
It may take a few minutes or up to 30 days, depending on your bank, for the transaction to be removed from your account and the $1.00 USD to be released to your card balance.
You may see an authorisation even if the card was not approved.
