Kahtlastes riikides ühisrahastuse kaudu laenude rahastamise võlud.
Küsisin 5. septembril üle, et mis andmeid täpselt jagati ja 23. septembriks sain lõpuks ka vastuse:
"On August 25th, 2022 Twino was requested to provide certain information about its investors to the State Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Authority). This information was required to investigate the origins of funds of Zing Kazakhstan LLP (Zing), specifically in certain transactions, involving your investment in loan receivables from Zing. Given our obligation to cooperate with the Authority in case of the initiated investigation and our duty to disclose information in cases concerning anti-money laundering claims, we have disclosed your name, surname, residence country and information on the particular investment (sum invested and date of investment). No other personal data has been requested or shared by Twino. Please be assured that we do not anticipate further inquiries and/or processing of your personal data for other purposes by the Authority"
